Pressure Decay Method
Air is filled in the component duly sealed from all sides and presssure is checked elecronically after filling and after preset delay.

Difference in pressure with respect to time is used as indication of OK or Not OK component.

Pressure Transducer / Differential pressure Transducer is used for sensing of pressure.

Vacuum Decay Method
Vacuum is generated in component using vacuum pump.

Flow Meter Method
Mass flow meter is used to measure leak flow.
